Vote for write -in candidate
Natasha Mucci
Hello! My name is Natasha Mucci and I am running as a Write-In candidate for the D211 Board of Education in the April 1, 2025 election.
I am a local resident born and raised. As a graduate of Fremd High School and a single mother of two Palatine High School graduates, I will bring a fresh perspective to the board. I hold an Associate’s degree from Harper College in Dental Hygiene and have been practicing for over 20 years.
Why am I am running? I decided to run to give voters a choice in this election. I am running to give average parents like myself a voice back on the board. Unfortunately, I have found the current board is heavily influenced by the teachers union. The Board of Education is meant to represent the community.
As a Board of Education member, I am committed to:
*Be fiscally responsible and represent local taxpayers
*Emphasize safety in the schools
*Bring parents’ voices to the board
*Focus on academics/skills that will serve students beyond high school
As an official Write-In candidate, my name will not appear on the ballot, but the votes WILL be officially counted. Here is how to do it:
On a paper ballot, write my name on the line provided and mark the corresponding oval.
On a touch screen, press the “write-in” box at the bottom of the list of D211 candidates and a keyboard will appear. Type in my name using the keyboard, then press “OK.”
You can vote In Person Early, By Mail, or In Person on Election Day April 1st.
